ANTI-SLAVERY POLICY
Modern Slavery: An Overview
The Modern Slavery Act 2015:
Sofino Holdings’ Commitment to Anti-Slavery
Our Approach to Addressing Modern Slavery
Risk Assessment
We conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas within our operations and supply chains where the risk of modern slavery is higher. This allows us to concentrate on the areas of greatest concern.
Supplier Due Diligence
We conduct a thorough due diligence procedure on all current and prospective suppliers. This process entails collecting information on their labour practices, conducting audits (where necessary), and asking them to sign a code of conduct that expressly opposes modern slavery.
Employee Training
We provide training to our employees on modern slavery and human trafficking awareness. This training equips them with the knowledge and skills to recognise potential indications of slavery and report any concerns they may have.
Reporting Procedure
We have established a clear and accessible reporting procedure for employees, contractors, and other stakeholders to report suspected modern slavery cases. Reports can be submitted anonymously to maintain a secure and confidential reporting environment.
Our Approach to Addressing Modern Slavery
Sofino Holdings LTD is committed to being transparent about our efforts to combat modern slavery. Our anti-slavery policy will be reviewed and updated regularly to reflect evolving legislation and best practices.
